Jose S. Ambriz

 

Church service for Jose S. Ambriz, age 74, of Muleshoe, Texas, is scheduled for 11:00 AM, Wednesday, October 18, 2017 at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church with Father Johnathan Phillip officiating. Rosary will be said at 7:00 PM, Tuesday, October 17, 2017 at Ellis Funeral Home Chapel in Muleshoe. Burial will be in Muleshoe Memorial Park. Jose died Monday, October 16, 2017 in Muleshoe. He was born August 1, 1943 in Lyford, Texas to Manuel and Genoveva (Sandoval) Ambriz. He married Maria Rojas in Sudan, Texas on October 21, 1966.
Jose served in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War. He was a member of the Veteran’s of Foreign Wars, the American Legion and the Disabled American Veterans. He was also a member of the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Muleshoe. He is preceded in death by his parents; a brother, Evaristo Ambriz; and a sister, Adelido Ambriz.
Jose is survived by his wife, Maria; his three sons, Joe A. Ambriz and his wife, Kathy of Joshua, Texas, Gerardo Ambriz of Muleshoe, Texas and Rolando Ambriz and his wife, Carla of Muleshoe, Texas; his five sisters, Tina Cantu of Lamesa, Texas, Lilly Martinez of Lyford, Texas, Margie Aguirre of Lyford, Texas, Mary Soto of Lyford, Texas and Amanda Ahumada, of Beeville, Texas; four brothers, Perfecto Ambriz of Lamesa, Texas, Abelardo Ambriz of Lyford, Texas, Adan Garcia of Lyford, Texas and Aurelio Ambriz of Beeville, Texas; 8 grandchildren; and 6 great-grandchildren.

Josie Juarez Toscano

 

Church service for Josie Juarez Toscano, age 79, of Muleshoe, Texas, is scheduled for 11:00 AM, Friday, October 20, 2017 at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church with Father Johnathan Phillip officiating. Rosary will be said at 6:00 PM, Thursday, October 19, 2017 at Ellis Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be in Bailey County Cemetery. Josie died Monday, October 16, 2017 in Lubbock. She was born October 1, 1938 in Nixon, Texas to Gabriel and Isabel (Luna) Juarez. She was married to Telesforo Toscano until he passed away in 1970.
Josie was a homemaker and attended Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Muleshoe. She is preceded in death by her husband, Telesforo; a sister, Jovita Sandival; and a brother, Baldamar Juarez.
Josie is survived by her two sons, Armando Toscano of Muleshoe, Texas and Telesforo Toscano Jr. of Muleshoe, Texas; her two daughters, Pilar Medina and her husband, Miguel of Muleshoe, Texas and Diana Sifuentes and her husband, Santiago of Truman, Arkansas; her five sisters, Lucy Gonzales of Hobbs, New Mexico, Caroline Rivas of Plains, Texas, Mary Ortiz of Plains, Texas, Gloria Reyes of Denver City, Texas and Eva Mendez of Amarillo, Texas; 9 grandchildren; and 15 great-grandchildren.

Charlotte is survived by her two daughters, Charla Cogdill and her husband, Todd of Lubbock, Texas and Christy Perez and her husband, Andy of Lubbock, Texas; her sister, Linda Long, and her husband, Jim of Meridian, Mississippi; and her two grandchildren, Christopher Cogdill and Crosby Perez.

officiating. Dennis died Wednesday, October 11, 2017 in Austin. was born March 15, 1955 in Lubbock, Texas to Frank and Johnnie (Spears) Parker. married Rose DeLeon in Austin on November 19, 1994.
Parker is survived by his wife, Rose Marie; his son, Erik Parker of Houston, Texas; his mother, Johnnie Parker of Muleshoe, Texas; his stepchildren, Chris and his wife, Melissa, Priscilla, Jason and Julian, all of Austin, Texas; his two brothers, Ronnie Parker and his wife, Marilyn of Odessa, Texas and Larry Parker and his wife, Janet of Wylie, Texas; and six grandchildren, John Christopher, Ryan, Matthew, Elijah, Enoch and Azalia.
