Bailey County Commissioners Court met in special session in the Bailey County Courthouse on Monday, Oct. 30.
Attending were County Judge Sherri Harrison, Precinct 1 Commissioner Gary Don Gartin, Precinct 2 Commissioner Mike Slayden, Precinct 3 Commissioner Cody Black and County Clerk Robin Dickerson, ex-officio clerk of Commissioners Court. Precinct 4 Commissioner Juan Chavez was absent.
All motions carried unanimously.
Slayden moved and Black seconded a motion to approve and order payment on county bills for October.
Gartin moved and Slayden seconded a motion to authorize Michelle McDaniel, county judge’s secretary, to apply for Solid Waste Grant through South Plains Association of Government.
