Bailey County Commissioners Court met in regular session in the Bailey County Courthouse on Monday, Oct. 23. Attending were County Judge Sherri Harrison, Precinct 1 Commissioner Gary Don Gartin, Precinct 2 Commissioner Mike Slayden, Precinct 3 Commissioner Cody Black, Precinct 4 Commissioner Juan Chavez and County Clerk Robin Dickerson, ex-officio clerk of Commissioners Court.
All motions carried unanimously.
Minutes of the previous meeting on Oct. 10 were approved.
County bills were approved and payment ordered.
There were no departmental reports to approve.
Black moved and Slayden seconded a motion to approve State Audit Felony Forfeiture and Federal Equitable Sharing Report for Oct. 1, 2016, through Sept. 30, 2017, and authorize the sheriff and treasurer to sign the report.
Slayden moved and Gartin seconded a motion to authorize Parmer County Auditor to conduct audit required by Article 59.06 of the Code of Criminal Procedure and approve Forfeiture Annual Report for the District Attorney office.
