FFA teams and individuals place in district Leadership Development Events

According to FFA Coach Jim Daniel, Muleshoe High and Junior High students competed on Nov. 2 in district FFA Leadership Development Events.

EVENTS AND PLACES
Radio Team 1: Marki Stearmer, Haley Hunt and Haleigh Kennemer placed 4th out of 20 teams.
Radio Team 2: Haili Gardner, Mercy Manzanares and Aracely Mendoza placed 8th out of 20 teams.
Senior Quiz: Jacob Kettner, Coleman Preston, Russell Stroud and Nathan Wilton placed 3rd out of 23 teams.
Junior Quiz: Gizzell Alvidrez, Joe Guiterez, Tatum Hasley and Riley Kettner placed 5th out of 25 teams.
Public Relations: Keely Dunham, Cassidy Cage, Ibeht Benavidez and Esmeralda Reyes placed 6th out of 9 teams.
Senior Creed Speaking: Haley Hunt placed 6th and Mercy Mamzamares placed 8th out of 20 individuals.
Senior Skills Team: Russell Stroud, Jacob Kettner, Moises Vasquez and Corbin Hardwick placed 4th.
Greenhand Creed Speaking: Kaitlyn Kelly placed 4th and Grace Leal placed 8th out of 19 individuals.
Junior high students participated in the Opening and Closing ceremonies. The following placed third as a team: Josiah Ortiz, Andrea Rodriguez, Andi Camarillo, Anastasia Soto, Maggie Moella, Mati Garcia, Mark Espinoza and Penelope Gonzales.
