Bailey County Commissioners Court met in special session in the Bailey County Courthouse on Monday, Nov. 27. Attending were County Judge Sherri Harrison, Precinct 1 Commissioner Gary Don Gartin , Precinct 2 Commissioner Mike Slayden, Precinct 3 Commissioner Cody Black, Precinct 4 Commissioner Juan Chavez and County Clerk Robin Dickerson, ex-officio clerk of Commissioners Court.
Minutes of previous meetings on Nov. 13 and Nov. 16 were approved.
County bills were approved and payment ordered.
Chavez moved and Slayden seconded a motion to sign the application for Bailey County’s involvement in the Litigation Process in regards to Opioid Epidemic. Motion carried with Cody Black opposed.
Slayden moved and Black seconded a motion to approve contingent upon tax approval accepting bids from Roof Ink, Lydick Hooks Roofing and Hamilton Roofing Company as presented by Brad Draper. Payment was authorized accordingly.
