Graveside service for Analita Haley, age 93, of Muleshoe, Texas, was scheduled for 3:00 PM, Friday, December 15, 2017 at Muleshoe Memorial Park with Dr. Stacy Conner of Muleshoe officiating. Analita died Wednesday, December 13, 2017 in Muleshoe. She was born September 2, 1924 in Quanah, Texas to Wendell and Maud (Barlow) Young. She married Tommy Haley in Portales, New Mexico on April 21, 1943
Analita was a homemaker and a member of the Muleshoe Ladies Golf Association for many years. She was also a member of the First Baptist Church in Muleshoe. She is preceded in death by her husband, Tommy in 2001; her son, Jerry Haley in 2015; her daughter, Linda Braig in 1995; her parents; her brother, Lowell Young and a grandson, Shaun Haley.
Analita is survived by her daughter, Caryn Leochner and her husband, Dennis of Amarillo, Texas; her daughter-in-law, Barbara Haley; six grandchildren; fourteen great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
The family suggests memorials be sent to Muleshoe Meals on Wheels, 300 South 1st Street, Muleshoe, Texas or Oneita Wagnon Senior Center, PO Box 292, Muleshoe, Texas, 79347. Online condolences may be made at www.ellisfuneralhomes.com.
