Church service for John “Junior” Garza, age 44, of Muleshoe, Texas, is scheduled for 2:00 PM, Monday, January 29, 2018 at Center Pointe Church in Muleshoe. Burial will be in Muleshoe Memorial Park. Junior died Monday, January 22, 2018 in Lubbock. He was born June 23, 1973 in Littlefield, Texas to Narcisco Alvarez and Inez (Luera) Garza.
Junior was an avid Texas Tech fan and loved Chinese food. He is preceded in death by his father.
Junior is survived by his two sons, Austin Garza of Earth, Texas and Alec Garza of Earth, Texas; his mother, Inez of Muleshoe, Texas; his five sisters, Rosa Garza of Muleshoe, Texas, Angie Garza of Muleshoe, Texas, Alice Garza and her husband, Rene Garcia of Muleshoe, Texas, Connie Rincon of Hereford, Texas and Mary Paz and her husband, Martin of Muleshoe, Texas; his two brothers, Chris Garza and his wife, Alice of Clovis, New Mexico and Johnathan Garza of Muleshoe, Texas; and twenty-five nieces and nephews.
