Three Muleshoe High School students will have their artwork featured in the Runnels Gallery, Portales, N.M.

Out of numerous entries, only four works of art were selected for each grade level.

“This is a great honor for my students and also for our school. I am very proud of them,” said art teacher Alyssa Lopez.

 The students are:

Mary Rodriguez, Junior – “Nonetheless, Hope”

Oliver Puckett, Junior – “Coral Reef”

Joy Watts, Sophomore – “Shades of Lily”

 Exhibition will be open to the general public for viewing from March 12 through April 5. The public awards ceremony and reception will be at 7 p.m. Friday, April 6, at Buchanan Hall, located in the Eastern New Mexico University Music Building.
