Bailey among counties honored with Texas Plains Trail Region displays 

LUBBOCK—As part of a project funded by the Community Foundation of West Texas, the Texas Plains Trail Region continues to present tourism literature displays to eligible counties as part of its ongoing campaign.

Tri Global Energy, a leading U.S. originator and developer of utility-scale wind energy projects announced last week the closing of project financing and start of construction for the Blue Cloud Wind Energy Project with Denmark-based Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners (CIP), which will be the long-term owner and operator of the project.
