The Mule track team traveled to Tulia to compete in the District 2-3A Track Meet. The Mules placed third with 82.5 points. Shallowater won the meet with 172 points, Idalou was second with 126 points, Dimmitt placed fourth with 82 points, Slaton was fifth with 80 points, Friona took sixth with 40.5 points, Littlefield placed seventh with 33 points and Roosevelt was eighth with four points.

Eduardo Pantoja and Ethan Gonzales took fourth and fifth places respectively in the 3200-meter run. Pantoja ran a time of eleven minutes and 03.79 in the first race of the meet. Gonzales finished with a time of 11:48.96.

Isaac Mendoza cleared five feet 10 inches to win the gold medal in high jump. Corbin Hardwick took the silver medal with a leap of 5-06. Carlos Meza made a throw of 147-10 to win the gold medal in the discus. Ean Hasley tied for sixth place in the pole vault by clearing 10-06.

Michael Lozano earned the silver medal in the 800-meter run with a time of 2:09.64. Ean Hasley placed fourth in 110-meter hurdles with a time of 17.54. Hardwick placed sixth in the 100-meter dash with a time of 11.55.

The Mules 4×200-meter relay team of Justin Carrion, Romeo Reyes, Ozzy Nunez, and Yoel Reyes placed fifth with a time of 1:38.70. R. Reyes won the gold medal in the 200-meter dash with a time of 22.24.

R. Reyes earned the silver medal in the 400-meter dash with a time of 52.14. Kynton Haseloff placed fifth in the 300-meter hurdles with a time of 45.33. Ethan Gonzales earned the bronze medal in the 1600-meter run with a 5:03.06. Diaz and Pantoja took fifth and sixth places respectively in the same race with times of 5:08.34 and 5:15.25.

The 4×400-meter relay team of Lozano, Y. Reyes, Martinez and R. Reyes placed fifth with a time of 3:42.22.

Those that placed in the top four places will advance to the Area Track Meet April 17 that will be run on the Tulia Hornet Track.
