The seventh-grade Lady Mules rolled up 256 points in the District 2-3A Track Meet held at Muleshoe April 5.

Alejandra Medina, Mikaela Haseloff, and Evelin Meza took the gold, silver and bronze medals in the first race of the day. Alejandra won the 2400-meter run with a time of ten minutes 20.80 seconds. Haseloff was second with a time of 10:36.99 and Meza placed third with a time of 11:35.14.

Andrea Rodriguez, Raelee Garza, and Araceli Diaz earned the gold, silver, and bronze medals respectively in the high jump. All three girls cleared a height of three feet ten inches.

Kassie Kelly, Leslie Regalado, and Aaliyah Sanchez took the gold, silver, and bronze medals respectively by clearing 5-06 in the pole vault. Araceli Diaz earned the silver medal in the long jump with a leap of 13-01.00. Kylie Hernandez placed sixth in the same event with a leap of 12-00.00.

Andrea Rodriguez earned the bronze medal in the triple jump with a distance of 24-09.50. Terrah Dominguez placed fourth with a distance of 23-11.50 and Garza finished sixth with a distance of 22-10.00.

Nautica Mills placed fifth in the shot put with a throw of 23-06.50. Breanna Ginze won the gold medal in the discus with a throw of 67-01.50. Carlee Price finished fourth in the same event with a throw of 56-11.

The 4×100-meter relay team of Sanchez, Leslie Regalado, Anastasia Soto, and Naomi Muniz won the silver medal with a time of 58.30.

Kelley earned the silver medal in the 800-meter run with a time of 2:56.18. Dominguez placed fourth in the same event with a time of 2:59.60.

Zabry Haseloff took the silver medal in the 100-meter hurdles with a 19.81. Garza placed fourth, and Hernandez finished fifth respectively with times of 20.90 and 21.40.

Ashton Hardwick placed fifth in the 100-meter dash with a time of 14.87.

The 4×200-meter relay team of Diaz, Leslie Regalado, Andrea Rodriguez, and Kelley earned the bronze medal with a time of 2:09.87. Anastasia Soto, Diaz, and Rodriguez placed first, second, and fourth in the 400-meter dash.

Soto ran a time of 1:10.91, Diaz ran a 1:12.68, and Rodriguez had a time of 1:16.44.

Haseloff won the gold medal in the 300-meter hurdles with a time of 55.99. Garza earned the bronze medal in the same event with a time of 59.38 and Hernandez placed fourth with a 1:00.34.

Sanchez earned the bronze medal in the 200-meter dash with a time of 31.32 and Dominguez took fifth place with a time of 32.18. Medina earned the gold medal in the 1600-meter run with a time of 6:31.66.

Haseloff won the silver medal in the same event with a 6:39.78 and Kelley placed fourth with a 6:54.11.

The 4×400-meter relay team of Sanchez, Haseloff, Diaz, and Soto ran a gold medal time of 4:46.93 in the final race of the day.
