SAC Camp for Students

All incoming 7th – 12th grade athletes are encouraged to attend the SAC Camp (Strength And Conditioning Camp) this summer. All sessions for male athletes will be from 8:00 – 10:00 am and female athletes from 8:00 – 10:00 pm on these dates.  All sessions will be conducted at the high school weight room and athletic fields.  If you have any questions you can call the high school athletic office at 272-7334. SCHEDULE: Week 1:  June 4th – 7th, Week 2:  June 18th – 21st, Week 3:  June 25th – 28th, Week 4:  July 9th – 12th, Week 5:  July 16th – 19th, Week 6:  July 30th – August 2nd.
