Bailey County Commissioners Court met in regular session in the Bailey County Courthouse on Monday, July 9. Attending were County Judge Sherri Harrison, Precinct 1 Commissioner Gary Don Gartin, Precinct 2 Commissioner Mike Slayden, Precinct 3 Commissioner Cody Black, Precinct 4 Commissioner Juan Chavez and County Clerk Robin Dickerson, ex-officio clerk of Commissioners Court.
All motions carried unanimously.
Minutes of the previous meetings on June 25 were approved.
Gartin moved and Black seconded a motion to approve County Treasurer’s Report for May 2018.
Black moved and Gartin seconded a motion to approve in-county travel forms for June 2018.
Slayden moved and Black seconded a motion to approve soil conservation worksheets in accordance with §201.151 of the Agriculture Code. Amount was approved as follows: Richard Wills, $100.
The commission reviewed departmental reports.
Sladen moved and Black seconded a motion to authorize the County Judge to sign and submit the County Maintained Road Mileage Certification.
