Church service for Kathy Garcia, age 63, of Farwell, Texas, is scheduled for 11:00 AM, Saturday, July 21, 2018 at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Muleshoe with Father Silta S. Santhiago of Muleshoe officiating. Rosary will be said at 6:00 PM, Friday, July 20, 2018 at Ellis Funeral Home Chapel in Muleshoe. Burial will be in Bailey County Cemetery in Muleshoe. Kathy died Wednesday, July 18, 2018 in Farwell. She was born June 26, 1955 in Nampa, Idaho to Enrique and Consuelo (Daniel) Toscano. She married Manuel Garcia in Farwell, Texas on April 23, 1985.
Kathy was a homemaker and loved spending time with her family and taking care of them. She was a member of the San Jose Mission in Texico, New Mexico. Kathy is preceded in death by her husband, Manuel on March 16, 2018 and her parents.
Kathy is survived by her two sons, Manuel Garcia Jr. and his wife, Jammie of Lubbock, Texas and Carlos Garcia and his wife, Hope of Lubbock, Texas; her three daughters, Monica Toscano andher husband, Pablo of Hereford, Texas, Beatrice Garcia and her husband, Ruben of Farwell, Texas and Clarisa Garcia of Clovis, New Mexico; her four sisters, Dominga Olivas of Muleshoe, Texas, Gloria Guterriz of Lovington, New Mexico, Diana Casanova of Muleshoe, Texas and Sylvia Martinez of Muleshoe, Texas; her four brothers, Henry Toscano of Muleshoe, Texas, Robert Toscano of Clovis, New Mexico, Rudy Toscano of Odessa, Texas and Richard Toscano of Muleshoe, Texas; and eight grandchildren, Ruben Molina, Darian Molina, Adayden Rodriguez, Jordan Garcia, Jaylynn Mclean, Madison Mclean and Bellica Coby.
