Bailey County Commissioners Court met in Special Session in the Bailey County Courthouse at 1:30 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 9. Attending were County Judge Sherri Harrison, Precinct 1 Commissioner Gary Don Gartin, Precinct 2 Commissioner Mike Slayden, Precinct 3 Commissioner Cody Black, Precinct 4 Commissioner Juan Chavez and County Clerk Robin Dickerson, ex-officio clerk of Commissioners Court.
A budget workshop was conducted.
Meeting adjourned at 5:16 p.m. into Executive Session in accordance with Section 551.0749(a)(1) of the Government Code to deliberate personnel matters regarding various employee positions. Meeting adjourned at 6:52 p.m. and returned into Open Session.
