The Watson Junior High Football B-team remains undefeated as they traveled to Idalou, Texas to face the Wildcats. It would be all Mules as they keep the Wildcats to zero points on the day. The Wildcats receive the ball to open the first half but the Mules defense would prove to be too much. The Mules score on their opening drive as running back #14 Jeremiah Estraca runs it in to make it 6-0. Then running back #4 Anthony Ngo converts the two point conversion bringing the score 8-0. On their next drive the Mules drive it downfield and have a touchdown pass completion from quarterback #5 Justin Dyke to wide receiver #85 Kyle Hernandez brining the score to 14-0 lead. Before the first half came to an end the defense step up and contribute points as well, linebacker #33 Jesus Hernandez recovered a fumble taking it to the house for a touchdown. Running back #4 Anthony Ngo would convert for another two point conversion making it 22-0.
To open the second half of the game the Wildcats kick it to wide receiver #14 Ryan Clifton, who brings it out to the Muleshoe 45 yard line. The Mules find the end zone one more time with a 41 yard touchdown from backup quarterback #40 Daniel Ramirez, bringing the final score to Mules 28, Wildcats 0. The Muleshoe Mules B-team will not have a game this week.
