No one was hurt, but the Carracas family lost everything they have. They are in need of the following donations, according to neighbor Vanessa Lucas.
Mother – XL tops, size 13 jeans, size 9 shoes
Husband – XL tops, size 34/33 jeans, 10.5 shoes
Daughter – high school sophomore – S/M tops, size 4 jeans, 8.5 shoes
Son, 12 – M/L tops, size 10/12 pants, size 7 shoes
Son, 7 – S/M tops, size 7/8 jeans, size 1 shoes
The family has found a place to stay and is also in need of household furniture and appliances.
“Thanks so much, everyone!” Lucas said in a Facebook post. “Let’s show them we’re a community and we are here for them!”
A GoFundMe link has been set up at: https://www.gofundme.com/carrega-family.
