TOP: SUDAN STUDENTS HONOR VETERANS — Monday morning, members of the Sudan High School Student Council, on the right, introduced the program participants, as well as personally presenting parts of the appreciations extended to the veterans. Near the close of the program, the Sudan Singers, sang “God Bless America”, as they held photos of veterans that were being honored. Individual veterans were then shown on the screen above the singers, revealing their branch of service and dates of service. Also, videos of solders in combat duty during past wars were shown. All of the veterans who attended the service, were treated to a reception in the School Library.
BOTTOM: SERVERS AT RECEPTION FOR VETERANS—These Sudan High School students served the “goodies” from the reception table in the School Library Monday morning, following a special service honoring area veterans in the School Auditorium. Punch, snack items and the large cake on the right end of the table, decorated in red, white and blue, with the salutation of “Thank You For Your Service” written in icing on the top. As some served from the table, others saw
