The Muleshoe Chamber of Commerce welcomes two new members, Sarah Santos of Lasting Impressions, a flower and gift shop, and Jesus Tovar of Bailey County Electric, according to Jill Sisk.
“I highly encourage anyone who is thinking about becoming a Chamber of Commerce member to do so. There are so many benefits in socializing, meeting new people and just getting your name out,” Sisk said. “It’s great to let the town know you’re here.”

The Muleshoe Lions Club

Over one million Lions are serving the world one community at a time. Our local Muleshoe Lions Club rolled up their sleeves and took action and had a rip-roaring year in 2018. We leaped into the year by celebrating with Watson Junior High student, America Pontoja. She had won our local Lions Club International Peace Poster Contest last November and had advanced to the district level. America won 1st place after competing with over 300 contestants! In March and April, we were preparing for our annual Roseday. The profits from our sale go to help children in the area with eyeglasses and to sponsor kids with disabilities to go to Texas Lions Camp.
