Zeta Rho chapter of Beta Sigma Phi met on Tuesday, September 10, in the home of Pat Angeley for their first meeting of the year. Pat and co-hostess Sandi Chitwood served members a dinner of sherry chicken, steamed broccoli, sweet potato fires, hot rolls, and fresh fruit.
After the dinner was enjoyed, President Pat Angeley called the meeting to order. Roll was called by Secretary Vicki Black, membership was discussed, and minutes were read by Vicki. Pat Young gave the treasurer’s report.
Under new business, committee assignments were discussed and filled. Hostesses for upcoming meetings were also assigned. Old business included recognizing members who had missed various rituals by passing out ritual pins.
After the closing ritual and mizpah, members enjoyed dessert of fruit soufflé while sharing adventures they enjoyed over the summer.
