Theodore Walter (Ted) Millen, aged 68, passed away Saturday, August 31, 2019 at The Heritage Center in Morristown, TN. He was born Oct. 7th, 1950 in Muleshoe, TX to William T (Bill) and Argilee Kemp Millen. He was preceded in death by his parents Bill and Argilee Millen of the YL Community.
Ted graduated from Muleshoe High School in 1969. He married Becky Buckner on May 5th 1979 in Muleshoe. Ted and Becky had one son, Joshua. He had two step-sons, Jason and Jeremy Buckner.
Ted and Becky lived in the YL Community at one time where he farmed before moving back to Amarillo, TX. Later they moved to California and eventually moved to Tennessee where his step-son Jeremy resides. He was a great lover of cars and joined the Hamblen County Car Club as well as the Lions Club in Morristown.
Ted is survived by his wife Becky, son Joshua, and step-sons Jeremy and Jason Buckner. He is also survived by four sisters and their families – Rose Lee Powell, Linda and husband Mack Hall, Zona and husband JC Gatewood, and Sharon Hutson.
Please join us in celebrating his life on Saturday morning Oct. 5th at 11:00 o’clock at the Center Point Church in Muleshoe.
