The Muleshoe Library Summer Reading Program started June 1, according to librarian Dyan Dunagan.

“We will have fun Summer Challenges each week,” she said. “If you don’t feel comfortable bringing your children to the library, we do have other options.”

Those who complete all the challenges are eligible for a prize.

You can access Scholastic Bookflix, an electronic library resource, by going to muleshoe.biblionix.com. Another option is Libby, which offers ebooks and audiobooks for young readers. Call the library at 806-272-4707 for more information or if you want to apply for a library card.

Muleshoe Area Public Library is located at 322 W 2nd St, Muleshoe. Find them on Facebook.
