officiating. Pearl died Sunday, July 5, 2020 in Muleshoe, surrounded by her family. She was born February 27, 1921 in Fredrick, Oklahoma to Charlie and Effie (Rhodes) Splawn. She married Franklin Lee “Jackie” Brown in Clovis, New Mexico.
