The body of a missing Muleshoe woman was discovered in Roosevelt County, New Mexico Friday after a two-day search.

Jaime Edgmon was reported missing on Wednesday. The Muleshoe Police Department shared information from the Roosevelt County Sheriff’s Office on its Facebook page Thursday that said Edgmon appeared to have been in Curry County or Roosevelt County around the time she was reported missing. Her vehicle was found in Clovis.

The Roosevelt County Sheriff’s Office in New Mexico did not share details as to where she was found.

Two potential suspects are in custody as the homicide investigation continues.

It was noted that Roosevelt and Curry County Sheriff’s Office, 9th Judicial DA Office and Clovis and Portales Police Departments, Bailey County Sheriff’s Office, Muleshoe Police Department and the Texas Rangers are working the investigation.
