Ricky Dale Rasco‘s family will celebrate his life of 54 years at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, December 30, 2020, at Monterey Church of Christ.  He passed on Wednesday, December 23, 2020.  His family will host a time of fellowship and remembrance from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Tuesday, December 29, 2020, at Lake Ridge Chapel and Memorial Designers.  Face coverings are mandatory, and the staff will enforce social distancing in compliance with state regulations. These precautions are to ensure that the family and our community are safe. The service will not be live-streamed but will be re-broadcast on our website soon after, where you are encouraged to sign the virtual guestbook and share memories and expressions of sympathy.

On October 25, 1966, Ricky was born to Binos and Marcha Rasco in Morton, Texas. He married Suzanne Wooten Rasco on May 1, 1999, at Monterey Church of Christ in Lubbock, Texas. He was a warehouse manager for Gary Products Group for almost 20 years.  He eventually ended his career with BASF as a Site Manager.  He loved spending his time doing wood work which earned him the title of “Tim the Tool Man Taylor”.   He was also a great cook with a specialty of smoked ribs.

Survivors include his wife, Suzanne Rasco; their children, Breanna (Ian) Rasco, Rowdy (Jordan) Rasco, and Weston Rasco; grandchildren, Ryatt Rasco; mother, Marcha Rasco; siblings, Darrell (Marva) Rasco, Wesley (Dana) Rasco; Sherrell (Tim) Wheeler, Glenda (James) Mills.

Ricky is preceded in death by his father, Binos Rasco.

In lieu of flowers, the family would like to suggest memorials to Hospice of Lubbock or Morris Safe House.
