Bailey County Sheriff’s Office arrested a 22-year-old Muleshoe man on June 29 for several active warrants including: false drug test, failure to maintain financial responsibility, and three for possession of drug paraphernalia.

The Bailey County Sheriff’s Office arrested a 22-year-old Muleshoe man on June 29. The individual was charged with: assault causing bodily injury to a family member; resisting arrest, search or transportation; interfering with emergency assistance; and with unlawful restraint.

Muleshoe police arrested 32-year-old Nicole Clark for two separate counts of manufacture or delivery of a controlled substance, which is a felony.
