The Bailey County Sheriff’s Office arrested 26-year-old Cesar Casillas of Muleshoe on July 19. Casillas was charged with possession of a controlled substance and with manufacture or delivery of a controlled substance. Both charges are felonies.

The Muleshoe Police Department arrested 40-year-old Albert Gonzalez of Morton on July 22. Gonzalez was charged with criminal mischief and with driving with an invalid license with a previous conviction or suspension with financial resolution. He was also charged with two felonies, evading arrest or detention with a vehicle and with driving while intoxicated, third or more offense.

A 28-year-old man from Texico was arrested on July 24 for driving while intoxicated with an open alcohol container.

The Muleshoe Police Department arrested 33-year-old Santos Quixan-Ralios of Muleshoe on July 25 for driving while intoxicated, third or more offense, which is a felony.
