Covenant Medical Group will again offer its free Covenant Sports Medicine Injury Clinic this season.

The clinic will run from 9 to 11 a.m. every Saturday from Aug. 28 to Nov. 6 at Health Plus, 7601 Quaker Ave.

Anyone with an athletic-related injury will be evaluated by an orthopedic physician. Any minors who need care must have a parent, legal guardian or coach present to sign releases for treatment and other paperwork. Care will be provided on a first-come, first-served basis.

Care will be free. Patients will be billed only if there are necessary X-rays, casting or further treatment is needed.

Those who seek care at the clinic are asked to bring all their insurance information, including school insurance claim forms.

The clinic will maintain a separate entrance and check-in location. Injured athletes are asked to enter to the left of the main doors on the north side of the clinic. Signage will be in place upon arrival.

Call (806)725-4605 for additional information.
