South Plains Community Action is offering mortgage assistance to income-eligible households impacted by COVID-19.

The program will help qualifying households to pay up to six consecutive months of full and/or partial mortgage payments, including mortgage arrears, according to a flyer from SPCAA. At least one of those months of mortgage coverage can be used to cover a future monthly payment.

Households that qualify must be in Hale, Bailey, Lamb, Floyd, Hockley, Cochran, Dickens, Crosby, Garza, Lynn, Motley, Terry and Yoakum.

South Plains Community Action is based out of Levelland. Those interested in additional information can call (806)598-1356.
