The Muleshoe Police Department arrested a 39-year-old Muleshoe man on Feb. 15 for displaying a fictitious license plate.

Muleshoe PD arrested 28-year-old Benny Martinez on Feb. 16 and charged him with continuous violence against the family, which is a felony, and interfering for emergency quest for assistance.

A 29-year-old Muleshoe man was arrested by MPD on Feb. 22 and charged with driving while intoxicated and failure to identify giving false/fictitious information.

Muleshoe PD arrested 23-year-old Freddie Cerda of Austin on Feb. 22 and charged him with possession of marijuana, between 4 ounces and 5 pounds, and with possession of a controlled substance. Both of those are felony charges. He was also charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.

Christian Cerda, 19, of Austin, was arrested by Muleshoe PD on Feb. 23 and charged with possession of a controlled substance and with possession of marijuana, between 4 ounces and 5 pounds. Both are felony charges.

A 22-year-old Muleshoe man was arrested by Bailey County Sheriff’s Office on Feb. 24 and charged with a warrant for evading arrest or detention.
