A 29-year-old Muleshoe man was arrested by the Muleshoe Police Department on Feb. 22 for driving while intoxicated and failure to identify or giving false/fictious information.

Muleshoe PD arrested 23-year-old Freddie Cerda of Austin on Feb. 22 for three charges including possession of drug paraphernalia; and for possession of marijuana (more than 4 ounces, at least 5 pounds) and possession of a controlled substance, both of which are felonies.

Police arrested 19-year-old Christian Cerda of Austin on Feb. 23. He was charged with driving with no license and possession of drug paraphernalia. The individual was also charged with two felonies including possession of a controlled substance and possession of marijuana, more than 4 ounces, at least 5 pounds.

A 25-year-old Muleshoe man was arrested by Muleshoe PD on Feb. 28 for a warrant for driving while intoxicated.

Muleshoe PD arrested 40-year-old Francisco Sanchez of Muleshoe on March 2 for two active felony warrants for burglary of a habitation.

Dacota Vanleer, 21, of Muleshoe, was arrested by the Bailey County Sheriff’s Office on March 2 for an active felony warrant for evading arrest or detention with a vehicle.

Estefan Juarez, 24, of Muleshoe, was arrested by the Bailey County Sheriff’s Office on March 3 for assault of a family/house member impeding breathing/circulation, which is a felony.

The Bailey County Sheriff’s Office arrested a 31-year-old Muleshoe man on March 4 for assault causing bodily injury to a family member.

The Muleshoe PD arrested a 26-year-old man for assault causing bodily injury. The Muleshoe man was arrested on March 4.

Dani Fuentes, 27, of Muleshoe, was arrested on March 4 by the Muleshoe PD for an active felony warrant for evading arrest or detention with a vehicle.

The Department of Public Safety arrested a 35-year-old Clovis, New Mexico woman on March 5 for an active warrant out of Parmer County.

DPS arrested 50-year-old Yolanda Robledo of Clovis on March 6 for a count of possession of marijuana and for possession of a controlled substance, which is a felony.
