Bailey County Sheriff’s Office arrested a 35-year-old Muleshoe man on May 18 for an active warrant for theft of property out of Deaf Smith County.

Bailey County Sheriff’s Office arrested 33-year-old Jose Cruz of Earth on May 18. Cruz was arrested for two active warrants for assault of a family/household member with a previous conviction, which is a felony.

Alejandro Perez-Castro, 38, of Muleshoe, was arrested by Muleshoe Police Department on May 21 for abandonment/endangerment of a child, which is a felony. He was also charged with resisting arrest, search or transportation and with assault causing bodily injury of a family member.

A 17-year-old Muleshoe man was arrested on May 22 for driving while intoxicated and with striking a fixture or highway landscape.
