The Bailey County Sheriff’s Office arrested a 37-year-old Muleshoe man on Aug. 3 for a probation violation.

A 33-year-old Friona man was arrested by the Muleshoe Police Department on Aug. 4 for driving with a blood alcohol level of 0.15 or greater, driving with no license, no insurance and expired registration.

The Bailey County Sheriff’s Office arrested 19-year-old Julianna Aviles of Muleshoe on Aug. 5 for assault of a peace officer/judge, which is a felony. She was also charged with assault against an elderly or disabled individual and with resisting arrest, search or transportation.

Eliseo Garcia-Martinez, 34, and 38-year-old Manuel Garcia-Martinez, both of Muleshoe, were arrested on Aug. 8 each with one charge of public intoxication and with one charge of abandonment or endangerment of a child with the intent or knowledge of reckless criminal negligence.

The Bailey County Sheriff’s Office arrested 32-year-old Christian Jackson of Dallas on Aug. 9 for possession of a controlled substance, which is a felony, and with possession of drug paraphernalia and having an open container.

Bailey County Sheriff’s Office arrested a 24-year-old Muleshoe man on Aug. 10 for a warrant for driving while intoxicated with a blood alcohol content of at least 0.15.

A Friona man was arrested by the Bailey County Sheriff’s Office on Aug. 14. Austin Walker was charged with assault of a security officer, which is a felony.

A 38-year-old Muleshoe man was arrested by the Muleshoe Police Department on Aug. 10 for assault causing bodily injury to a family member.

A 38-year-old Muleshoe man was arrested by Muleshoe PD on Aug. 11 for public intoxication.
