Muleshoe Area Public Library is getting into the Christmas spirit with a movie marathon during Christmas break. 

From Monday through Friday, Dec. 19-23, the library will offer movies during the morning and afternoon. 

“The morning movies are appropriate for all ages, while the afternoon movies are better for pre-teen and older,” said library director Frances Recio. “We’ll be showing the movies in the back room of the library. Everyone is encouraged to bring their own snacks, blankets and stuffed animals, get comfortable and enjoy the show.” 

Grinch tote bags will be given away during the Wednesday morning showing of “How the Grinch Stole Christmas.”

4 p.m. – Frozen II 


10 a.m. – Mickey’s Once Upon a Christmas 

4 p.m. – Disney’s Christmas Carol  


10 a.m. – How the Grinch Stole Christmas (Grinch tote bags) 

4 p.m. – Abominable 


10 a.m. – James and the Giant Peach 

1 p.m. – The Corpse Bride 

3 p.m. – The Nightmare Before Christmas 


10 a.m. – The Santa Clause 

1 p.m. – The Santa Clause 2 

3 p.m. – The Santa Clause 3
