A 33-year-old Muleshoe man was arrested on Dec. 9 by the Bailey County Sheriff’s Office. He was charged with driving while intoxicated/open alcohol container.  

A 19-year-old Muleshoe individual was arrested by the Bailey County Sheriff’s Office on Dec. 10 for a warrant for striking a fixture/highway landscape.  

A 58-year-old Muleshoe individual was arrested on Dec. 10 by the Muleshoe Police Department. He was charged with assault causing bodily injury to a family member.  

The Texas Department of Public Safety arrested 21-year-old Linber Laines of Earth on Dec. 12. He was charged with possession of a controlled substance, which is a felony.  

Brice Davis, 27, was arrested on Dec. 19 by the Bailey County Sheriff’s Office. Davis, of Aransas Pass, was charged with an active warrant for possession of a controlled substance, which is a felony.  

Frankie Delgado, 30, of Muleshoe was arrested on Dec. 21 by the Muleshoe Police Department. He was charged with driving while intoxicated with a blood alcohol content greater than or equal to 0.15. He was also charged with a felony charge of possession of marijuana.  

A 48-year-old Muleshoe man was arrested on Dec. 22 by the Bailey County Sheriff’s Office for assault causing bodily injury to a family member.  

Sergio Salas, 25, of Muleshoe, was arrested on Dec. 24. He was charged with two active warrants – one for terroristic threat of a family/household member and one for evading arrest or detention. He was also charged with terroristic threat against a peace officer/judge and with evading arrest or detention with a vehicle, which are both felonies.  

A 33-year-old Idalou man was arrested by the Muleshoe Police Department on Dec. 25 for driving while intoxicated and with driving with an invalid license with previous conviction/suspension without financial resolutions.  

A 30-year-old Albuquerque woman was arrested on Dec. 27 for driving while intoxicated.  

The Bailey County Sheriff’s Office arrested 33-year-old Joshua Toscano, of Muleshoe, on Dec. 28 for a blue warrant for evading arrest or detention with previous conviction, which is a felony.  

The Muleshoe Police Department arrested 21-year-old Felicia Ordaz, of Carlsbad, New Mexico, on Dec. 29 for a felony charge of possession of a controlled substance.  

A 49-year-old Muleshoe woman was arrested by the Muleshoe Police Department on Dec. 30 for an active warrant out of Parmer County. 

Muleshoe PD arrested a 35-year-old Albuquerque man on Dec. 30 for an active warrant out of Taylor County.  

The Texas Department of Public Safety arrested 42-year-old Christal Ainsworth of Smyer on Dec. 30 with a felony charge of possession of a controlled substance.  

The Muleshoe Police Department arrested a 44-year-old Aransas Pass man on Dec. 31 for an active warrant out of Louisiana.  

A 33-year-old Muleshoe man was arrested by the Muleshoe Police Department on Jan. 2 for an active warrant for assault causing bodily injury of a family member.
