Parkview Nursing Care Center Resident’s Christmas Party

Christmas celebration means Christian fellowship and heartwarming gatherings of loved ones. December 21st found residents of Parkview Nursing Center receiving many honored guests for an early Christmas celebration. Friends and family travelled from near and far to join the fun. There were two guests all the way from the North Pole. Residents and guests were served a delicious meal by the Nursing Center staff. During the meal, the group was entertained by a group of carolers from Trinity Christian Center of Muleshoe. Great food, great fellowship and lovely entertainment were richly enjoyed by all.

The Booster Clubs from each school had a friendly competition to see who could sell the most shirts for the annual football game with the proceeds going to Matthew Alarcon. Matthew is a junior at Muleshoe and a varsity football player. He was diagnosed with a mixed germ cell pineal brain tumor in April and has been in the hospital since June recovering from complications of brain surgery.
