Church service for Lauranette Mason, age 95, of Lubbock, Texas, is scheduled for 11:00 AM, Monday, November 20, 2017 at First Baptist Church in Muleshoe with Dr. Stacy Conner of Muleshoe officiating. Burial will be in Muleshoe Memorial Park. Lauranette was born to George and Eula Pearl Hawkins on March 12, 1922 in Ardmore, Oklahoma.

By Christy Barber Choir Director Sixth Grade Honor Choir is made up of beginning choir students from all the middle schools in TMEA Region 16 (Lubbock and surrounding areas). The TMEA Region 16 choir directors get together in January and pick four songs that the students have to learn when school starts in the fall.
