Early Voting for the Constitutional Amendments election began Monday, Oct. 23, and ends Friday, Nov. 3.Early voting takes place from 8 a.m.-5 p.m. Monday through Thursday and 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. Friday at the Bailey County Courthouse. The last day to request a ballot by mail was Friday, Oct. 27.
