Police arrested 40-year-old Albert Gonzalez, Jr. on July 23 during a traffic stop around 9 p.m. Gonzalez, of Morton, was charged with criminal mischief, driving with an invalid license with previous convictions/suspension without financial resolution. He was also arrested for evading arrest or detention with a vehicle and with driving while intoxicated, third or more offence, both of which are felony charges.
