Twenty students in grades 3-8 competed in the Muleshoe ISD District Spelling Bee Friday.

Twenty MISD students, grades 3-8, participated in the Muleshoe ISD District Spelling Bee on Friday, Feb. 4, according to Dani Heathington, assistant superintendent.

The winner is Hadley Burrus, a 5th grader at DeShazo Elementary.

Hadley will advance to the Regional Scripps Spelling Bee in Lubbock on Saturday, March 26.

 Participants were:
