PORTALES, NM — The following area students were named to the Greyhound Connection honor roll for earning a 3.000-4.000 GPA for the fall 2017 semester at Eastern New Mexico University:

Christopher Barber of Muleshoe, TX (79347)

Lindsi Coburn of Farwell, TX (79325)

Danielle Douglas of Muleshoe, TX (79347)

The Greyhound Connection is a program that prepares freshmen at ENMU for academic success by providing each student with a faculty or staff mentor and programming focused on excelling in a college environment.

“I am delighted to recognize these 315 freshmen who excelled in the classroom during the fall semester,” said ENMU President Dr. Jeff Elwell. “These students have clearly demonstrated that they can successfully handle college work and are well on their way to graduating in four years.”
