Xi Omicron Xi and Zeta Rho chapters of Beta Sigma Phi sorority gathered in the home of Brenna Burch on Monday, October 16, for their annual combined meeting for the month of October.

Members met at Brenna’s and enjoyed cheeses and wines made from grapes grown in the Burch Vineyards. Members drove to the vineyard expansion area which includes five acres each of these grape varieties which will become wines with the same names: Cabernet Sauvignon, Pinot Noir, and Riesling. Brenna talked about the process of planting the grape seedlings and their care until they are old enough to produce grapes in about three years.

The group then headed back to the house for Million Dollar spaghetti, tossed salad, garlic bread, Italian Cream Cake, and chocolate cake, all provided by the members.

Members who attended included Alice Liles, Pat Angeley, Candace Weaver, Sharon Agee, Vicki Black, Breen Burch, Judy Davenport, Linda Wood, Sandi Chitwood, Cindy Barrett, Pat Young, Shelia Stevenson, Martha Hunnicutt, and Rickie Warren.
